What kind of juice is best during pregnancy? Which has more vitamins and minerals that are good for me and the baby?

I have always heard that 100% pure grape juice is best.

Not from concentrate orange juice is the best. One 8 oz glass a day will give you all the folic acid which is critical in tissue formation for the baby. Stay away from pineapple juice, I've heard the same thing in it that tenderized meat, is not good for babies. The enzyme is called proteolytic bromelain. So pineapple juice is best to have after the pregnancy, not during.

all kinds of non-sweetened juice are almost same in vitamins and minerals except a prune juice which I was learned from the obstetican and the nurse of WIC.

Orange juice. Especially orange with added calcium. You get the folic acid you need as well as good bone-building stuff.

Here is what is most important -

#1 Take your Prenatals. Those are critical. Your Dr should have given you those.

#2 - eat as healthy as possible using true balanced diet. On a side note - also eat what you can keep down. That can be the biggest challenge.
