If you're unsure of where to invest your money, you can always play the part of the bank and loan it out on a secured basis until you come up with an investment plan. I've often borrowed funds from friends, family & others for investments in real estate. I will pay a rate of 4-5% above the current market rate and give my lender a secured interest in property I invest in. After renovating & getting the property occupied, I refinance with a bank or S&L or simply sell the property and repay the original lender.
The normal turnaround time can be anywhere from 90 days to six months. During that time you can investigate other options for investing while your money is earning an above-average rate of return.
Obviously, you should only do this with people you know well and trust. But it is an option most people overlook when trying to come up with an alternative. And, if you find a dependable borrower, you can both benefit handsomely from this type of venture. You will earn a higher return on your money. And your borrower will have access to funds when needed.

If you make informed decisions and approach your penny stock investments with the same thoroughness that you’d use in your other investments, you too can unlock a whole lot of profit potential. Learn here https://tr.im/wswo5
It’s absolutely true that penny stock investors can make very quick gains. Synutra International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYUT) is a great example of a penny stock. This dairy-based, nutritional-products company has jumped from a little Bulletin Board operation to a billion dollar corporation. The company finally graduated from Over-the-Counter status to the NASDAQ Stock Market bringing with it 113% gains in less than two months.
This happens all the time and it’s how some of the best investors in the world became the richest investors in the world. Buying some shares for pennies on the dollar and selling at $10 or $20 is possibly the fastest way from being a hobby investor to a super investor

go and 'beauty parade ' two independent financial advisers with a minimum qualification level of DIPPFS or preferably a chartered financial adviser from the chartered Insurance Institute or alternatively a Certified Financial planner (CFP) for a initial report and recommendation for an investment portfolio.Make sure you ask for a fee option which will be between £150 to £250 per hour or a set fee for the job which could be as much as £3000. take time to find the adviser who actually explains 1) how do they asses your attitude to investment risk 2) you capacity for investment loss. 3)how do they match those attitudes to an investment asset mix.for a portfolio of £100k i would be recommending exposure to all 5 asset classes from perhaps between 6 and 10 different investment houses or managers, the whole portfolio should be easily manageable and provide you with instant on-line valuations at any time if you want them, if the recommendation ticks all the above boxes you have got a winner.

If you want to get stinking rich and possibly become a millionaire property investment is your best bet but this does obviously come at some risk.
If you want to play it safe a low - medium risk investment portfolio is your best option. You will get good income returns but little capital gain, however there will be no risk.
Or you could just blow it on a year long bender around the world or a nice boat, I have always wanted a boat.

A common misconception is that you will have to be a financial and business expert in order to successfully trade binary options. However, this is not true at all. Learn here https://tr.im/8YU3W
Perhaps it’s true when it comes to traditional stocks trading but definitely not true in the case of binaries. You don’t have to be an expert to predict the movement of certain assets.
