How much would a camera man / woman earn per month if they were working on the T.V, say for example filming documenteries or filming sports? Is there any formal training for it and how long does it take?

Don't know about the cash but you can do a media course which will help you learn how to operate cameras and you will get a qualification.

Contact the BBC. It's worth doing something voluntary though. My friend did camera operations at church and he is now a 'proper' and fully paid, and qualified cameraman for the BBC.
