Ryan Phillipe used to be so hot back in the days of I Know What You Did Last Summer and Cruel Intentions, not so much nowadays.
I usually don't spend time debating whether or not a celeb is hot or not, but if I had to list a few I would say.
Leonardo DiCaprio in the days of Romeo and Juliet and Titanic.
Gary Sinise currently on CSI:NY and Ransom and Apollo 13
Vin Diesel in practically all of his movies, not so much The Pacifier
Colin Firth in Pride and Prejudice.
My tastes vary from movie to movie, so I have a lot that are usually limited to their appearances in certain movies.
