Yes. However, it is better if you get them from the same pet store and they have been living together. If you put say, an adult guinea pig and a baby rabbit together then the guinea pig might take it territorialy, and attack. If there is no other option, introduce the guinea pig and rabbit to each other carefully, and not in the guinea pig's cage. If they seem to like each other, you can probably (after letting them play with each other more ) put the rabbit in the cage with the guinea pig.

I did. There are just 2 things i would advise:
1) by guinea pig food...guinea pig food has extra vitamin c in it as guinea pigs cant produce it themselves, the extra vit c wont harm the rabbit but the guinea pig could get seriously ill without it.
2) if you put them in a run on the grass buy one with a mesh across the bottom as well.....i didnt tand the rabbit burrowed out whilst i was at work. I spent ages trying to round up 4 guinea pigs and the rabbit, esp as she had burrowed under 3 neughbours fences and was working her way down the street. The holes were big enuff for the rabbit and so really easy for the guineas to get out of to, they just arent as easy to find!
Oh one other thing to watch out for is that the rabbit doesnt bite the guineas ears. BUt other than that they should be fine together.

No.

They have different diets.

Also rabbits are known for being aggressive to guinea pigs.

You can let them play together out of the cage if they get on but you need 2 cages.

i've got seen rabbits and guinea pigs interior a similar cage at puppy shops, yet on the different hand, you does no longer frequently cage cats and canines the two. apparently length does not count number. A small rabbit remains risky for the guinea pig. in addition they might desire to devour distinctive food. it is not that annoying to make a cage affordably. have a seem on Google and Yahoo seek engines. Youtube has video clips too.

You can, but you shouldn't. They are two different species and have different habits and diet requirements. for instance a guinea pig needs extra vitamin c in the pellets, which rabbits don't. Also rabbits love to groom and be groomed while guinea pigs don't - that could make the rabbit angry and fight with the guinea pig.
Please read this:

OTOH, this article notes that they can be housed together, but take some precautions:

Personally, I wouldn't do it.

No. This is not recommended. They are two different animals, with different behaviors and different dietary needs as well.

Rabbits for example don't need vitamin C supplements, while guinea pigs do.

Rabbits and guinea pigs can't 'communicate' with each other as they "speak" two different languages. Guinea pigs use different sounds such as whistles to communicate while rabbits don't.

Not to mention that a rabbit could easily severely injure or kill the guinea pig with one kick.

Please provide them seperate, adequate housing for the health and safety of your pets.

Yep. It gives them both some nice company, and they usually become pretty close friends. It's cute to watch them interact, and it's a very mutually beneficial arrangement.
There are, of course, individual personalities among both rabbits and guineas, so while most can be kept together without any problems, just keep an eye on how they react together. They should be fine, but just in case one isn't as thrilled about the other...Be observant for the first few days. After that, if there are no problems, they should adapt quite well.
Best of luck to all three of you!

Yes you can - well we did but we did have to supply the pig with a little shelter of his own as the rabbit kept trying to mate with him and he was a boy! Beside this they were the best of friends and Pig used to sleep on top of Rabbit,
