They would have to or all that down time in close quarters would make them to weak to colonize!

Aliens are not real. You must be confused with aliens being UFOs (unidentified flying objects)
If there was aliens (low chance), no they would not do yoga- even though they may be "advanced", I would highly doubt they would do that.
