This columnist among many things says among many things its the right time to buy because real income after taxes is higher than ever and foreign markets are overbought?
What do you guys think? Is it truly the right time to buy? Especialy after what we have seen yesterday and in late February!

It's early to buy. First it will go down, then there will be wild swings of up and down and they it will go back up (trading sideways). Buy on the low when the stock is trading sideways.
It depends on what you mean by over bought. If you are a long term holder, then those markets are not over bought.
