Secondary symptoms of pregnancy are only symptoms - the only definite thing for all women who are pregnant is that they are carrying at least one child. The rest can vary considerably between patients.
It is also important to note that you do not get every secondary symptom of pregnancy the minute you get pregnant. It still amazes me that women who are just a few weeks pregnant expect to put on weight, get a rounded belly, skin pigmentation etc.
Lastly, secondary symptoms of pregnancy can be vague, to say the least. Nausea could mean any one of 50 things. So could headaches. Even missed periods are more often than not caused by things other than pregnancy - most commonly, anxiety or stress, of just a change in routine.
Trying to dignose a pregnancy using secondary symptoms is a real shot in the dark - rather than wonder about it, just take a test. A home pregnancy test should be very accurate (if it has been at least 2 weeks since intercourse), otherwise, head straight to the doctors and get them to give you a beta hCG blood test.
That way - no more guessing.

Yes it is possible. I never had morning sickness or any stomach discomfort. The knew I was pregnant because I was one day late. The sore breasts may not occur until your second trimester. Go to the drugstore, get a pregnancy test, and take it. Depending on the results, contact your doctor and have one ordered. Then you know one way or the other and can plan accordingly. I had both pregnancy tests withing a week of missing my period.

No. I didn't even know I was pregnant with my first one until I went to the doctor for a bladder infection, then they did an exam on me to see why I was getting bladder infection like a couple of months apart. After that I only had morning sickness and heartburn until I was farther along and had leg cramps. Every woman is different and every pregnancy is different. With my second one, my breasts got sore before I ever thought about being pregnant, and I didn't have a lot of morning sickness.

There are no "normal" pregnancy signs other than the growing belly - each woman is different. I never had the typical MORNING sickness..infact mine lasted the entire 9 months! Other than that you'd never have known lol. I'd definately see a dr and he could rule out pregnancy easily. Some people don't even know they are pregnant until several months into it. Won't hurt to find out for sure will it?

Yes you dont have to have all the symptons. My friend had none at all she was very lucky. I am having less on my second pregnancy than my first.
I am guessing from the question that you must think that you are pregnant through a missed period maybe. I would suggest that you take a test and see your GP.
Good luck

No you don't have to have all of the symptoms to be pregnant - in fact the only one I had was that I was a week late w/ my period which had never happened before. It was only after the doc confirmed that I was pregnant that I started getting morning sickness - go figure!

It took me awhile to get symptons. You said it every pregnancy is different. I was very ill with my daughter from the beginning and now I have been just fine. You can be pregnant without any symptons besides the obvious missed period. That was the only sign for me that I was pregnant.

Take a pregnancy test to be sure. I never had the typical morning sickness or breast tenderness in my first trimester.

First of all, is your period late? Yes, you can be pregnant and not exhibit all symptoms or even any. I myself had very few of them.
My advice would be to pee on a stick or go see a doctor!
