I think I would be a natural in the MC Club lifestyle. One problem, I am a professional living with the white picket fence and the beautiful and respectable wife. So, can I have it both ways or would I have to choose one.

Are their any bikers out there that live two lives like I would have to?

There are a variety of MCs out there, all with varying levels of membership requirements, participation requirements, procedures for joining, etc. The Bandidos, as you mentioned, are considered a 1%er club and as such you should know that means that the Club is not a "lifestyle" it is a life. That may or may not be for you, but you can probably find a motorcycle club or a riding club for you. Just know that there is a difference.

I personally know several Bandidos. Your being a professional is not a problem however, you will have to devote a lot of time to the club and club activities. The club will become your life. Membership in the bandidos (and pretty much any club) goes like this. You hang around the same bars, hangouts as the club members for a while until they get used to seeing you. Strike up a conversation with a couple of patchholders and get to know them. DO NOT be too pushy. If everything goes ok after they've known you for a while you might ask about prospecting (becoming a prospective member) You will have to be sponsored by one or more full members. Prospecting can take a year or more. You'll be the butt of jokes from all the patcholders and get all the jobs that are no fun. Like while the members party you'll be outside guarding bikes etc. Eventually you will be voted on for full membership, getting your patch. If a single member votes no you are out. The Bandidos also have a probationary status. Better than prospecting but reserved for those already very well known to the club. One more thing. Take what I've said and add it to the excellent answer from dirk d below and you have it all in a nutshell.

jrrysimmons has a good answer. u just dont walk up to a patched 1%'er and ask if u can join his club. u'll most likely get laughed out of the bar by his brothers.
when dealing with any patch member, u will go a long way if u show respect from the get go. calling them 'bro's', touching their colors or bikes, interrupting them while 2 club members are talking...these are just some of the ways to show disrespect; and that isnt a good idea. be advised that with clubs, they operate on 1 mantra...u phuck with 1, u phuck with all. u dont just get in a fight with just 1 patch member....his brother's will be looking for u soon after.

the 1% clubs are like a family. they will do anything including going to prison for a club brother. some just dont have what it takes to be a 1%'er. the hells angels are said to ride in any weather: rain, snow, sun...20,000 miles a year or more, their bikes being basically their only source of transportation. would u be willing to ride non-stop thru a weather front that is dumping alot of rain? some riders just wont stop a ride to wait it out.

if i remember right, the bandito's are texas' dominate 1% club. they have even dictated on what the texas motor officers can and cannot wear as far as a patch. u should do just a bit more research on 1%'er's. being at club bars/hangouts will accustom members to ur presence. as long as u show respect, and never try to interfere/ask about club business, u wont have any problems with them, and eventually, a member might ask u if u'd want to prospect. always let them ask/make the suggestion. in that way, u'll show respect. respect given is respect earned. and god help anyone that doesnt show a 1% club respect.

First off you do not ask to join. Ditos, HA etc you must be sponsored in. Never met a biker from any organization who was not easy to get along with. Biggest thing is you have to give respect to earn respect. Usually what you do for a living don't matter, course I would not advise a police officer to join would be a severe conflict of interest.
Second there are many bike organizations out there not just the "outlaw" clubs. Check all aspects out.

First off let me ask you a question. This is a generic situation dealing with no particular club, but someone who does wear the diamond patch....1%
Someone breaks into your house and steals thousands of dollars of jewlery, guns, electronics, shoots your dog and rapes and beats your beautiful and respectable wife. You think you might know who did this and where they live, but your not sure. What do you do?
If your answer is call the police and give them information to help solve the crime, then you need to crack open another beer and stay in your safe little fantasy world. In my world you find out who, by whatever means, TAKE your **** back and turn that person, or persons, into a vegatable. If you don't have the balls or stomach for that, back away. You need to be willing to kill, die and go to prison for your Brothers and Club. Lets say you use a Brothers car and are pulled over by the law. They find dope or guns in the car and tell you they will cut you loose if you roll/rat on your Brother. You better be willing and able to keep your mouth shut, keep your Brother as out of it as you can, take your chances at trial and be prepared to do some time. None of the **** was yours, you didn't know it was there, but you better be able to hold your mud cause **** is rarely fair living a lifestyle that is both hated and feared by the system. Are you ready to have your citizen friends approached and have the FBI, ATF, DEA and every other alphabet agency, federal and state, attempt to recruit them to find out what your involved in. You, my friend, are now, once you put that patch on, considered by the feds to be involved in what they refer to as, " nonconventional organized crime." Not all clubs are outlaw clubs and not all outlaw clubs are 1 %er clubs. You need to spend years getting to know these fellas, there are few exceptions....very few. After you become a hang around and it is determined that you are a solid, stand up and honest man, (you had better never lie to a Brother about something important) a full patched member will let the Club know that you would make a good member. The club will vote on it. If they want you, you will be INVITED to prospect. The rest is up to you. Some Clubs have rules against beating up prospects if they screw up, others don't. If you wash out, be prepared to be beat. If/when you get your Colors be prepared for your life to change....alot.
The RED and GOLD is a strong and well respected Club. I have much respect for their members and the Club itself. This writing is not ment to infer anything bad about them as a Club, any of their chapters or any member. Till the wheels fall off fellas.

These type of ignorant questions along with "what's the best scooter at 50cc" & "turbo charger scoot" or "where in New Delhi can I buy an R1".....all crap has brought this to a new low. That is why I haven't even bothered "helping" lately. Just pathetic.
Also...for the hundreth time.....do a little research on what questions have already been asked and answered. "What's a good bike for a beginner"? Really getting old....grow a brain...meanwhile....I'm gone riding.

Oh yes....back to your question. Hell, I like Italian people! .....doesn't mean I going hanging out with the Mafia!

How To Join The Bandidos

If you are asking this question, the biker lifestyle is not for you. With biker gangs it's all or nothing.
You would be better off joining a motorcycle club.(Don't confuse a biker with someone who rides a motorcycle.)

.If you are in the company of them and enjoy it, why haven't you been asked?or Why haven't you asked them about being a prospect? Seems to be a little BS going on here.
