wonderful, worthless brokers won't help. I've looked at companies such as American Stock & Transfer Verso,IDH, INsty-Prints,Verilink, Allegra Networks...but none seem to be able to help. Has anyone had this stock pop up on there holdings list as of recent? I don't recall every owning this company or a parent or merging company... Any idea how I acquired this. Supposdedly the company is bankrupt but still has OTC shares? how is that possible?

Their symbol is CLRN.PK.

Current price is 0.011 per share.

Go read the link I posted below. That could be how you ended up with the shares.

A company can be in Chapter 13 bankruptcy and still conduct business. It does not mean the company is defunct. Just sell your shares OTC. As to how you obtaiined them, its possible that some company you owned was caught up in an acquisition where shares of Clarent were part of the offering to holders of another companys shares.

This penny stock service has years of proven experience. Ultimately it is the best service for beginners to use https://tr.im/REuU3
You will have to wait between 3 and 10 days to get into the system in most cases. When I signed up it took 8 days. I wished it was faster, but if you can wait a week or two to start earn life changing money than you will have what it takes to make it in this business.

Obviously this company can't meet the most loose of regulatory rules, so it isn't allowed to trade on regulated stock exchanges....Anything that is traded on the "OTC" market or by way of "PINK SHEETS" should be a RED FLAG to all investors.
This market is unregulated, frequently manipulated by insiders, and any writeups about companies in that trading forum are usually false and misleading.

Clarent may have been sold to another company.
