Tongue Piercings?

I want mine done
i also want to know if it hurts getting it done
also if anyone has any other piercings do they hurt?..i have my ears and nose
i want my tongue, lip, eyebrow and the monroe piercing

also i want my belly button

and i want my labret pierced

and the monroe piercing is above your top lip to the side a little

o0ohh and i want my tragus and a few other ear piercings

oh and if it helps at all i will be 16 in may
and i wanna talk my parents into letting me get another piercing.....what one should i go with

I have 6 lobes, tragus,industrial,conch,cartilage,belly button,and a monroe and you will feel them but its a quick pain you can do it oh yea and a huge tattoo on my hip going up to my shoulder blade over my spine and over my ribs onto part of my stomach and it took 3 hours it hurt like he!! i got it the day i turned 18 but i love it so much!!!!!!!do what you want its your body!!

I had my tongue pierced 4 yrs ago when I was 18 & I love it! It hurt so freakin' bad for 3 after getting it done, but once the swelling went down I was fine. I had to wait until I was 18 because was mom was 1000% against a tongue piercing. I think you should just ask your parents how they feel about you getting it done. If they dont agree to it then just pull out your list of the other piercings that you want, I'm sure you guys can agree on something!

Well mine didn't hurt..nor the lip ring neither the tongue ring.But my advice is that you should get your tongue pierced during the summer because it swells for like 4 days after you have it pierced so you have to put ice in your mouth and drink cold stuff..I was like the frostie chick when I had mine lol!But I had no problem whatsoever with the lip ring!It was the best..the important thing is to carefully choose the place that you'll have it done be sure it's clean and stuff.

I have my tongue, i want to get my monroe bad!!! The deal with the tongue is at least for me i went there and your adrenline is pumping like usual for every peircing, it goes right in, your tongue is kinda like jello. It doesnt hurt but than for the 2 days after that its very swollen and you cant eat, but you will live off shakes. but after that its awesome all healed and its almost impossible to get infected and then after a while you dont even realize you have it.

but good luckk and i totally suggest yopu get the tongue and i wnat the monroeeee

damn girl, slow down! ive had my tongue pierced 8 yrs or so. i dont regret it, but i dont know id reccomend it either.
it doesnt hurt to get done...the needle is so sharp and your tongue so soft, it just slips right thru, no 'popping' like with ears and the like.
the only bad thing is what a tongue ring can do to your mouth. mine wore away at the gums behind my lower teeth. last year it got bad enough that i took it out, but the gums havent grown back this time. i know a girl who had to have a skin graft for this.

its not that bad. your tongue does swell up for a few days and u have to eat soft food (pudding).

I have a labret, that was the EASIEST Painless piercing ive had, i just took a deep breath and it went thru.
My sister had her eye brow done, she said it didnt hurt much.

The painfullest piercing i had done was my Navel! that hurt me like sh*t!

Just say no to tongue piercings. When people see a girl with one of those, their mind only goes one place, and it's not good.

Why do you want to put more holes in your body? Is it because you're trying to look sexy? You shouldn't have to go through pain, and possible infection and amputation to be tryin to look sexy or to get someone to look at you! Be who you are, love your body, and thank God that you're healthy and have that body!
Many times when people get older (more mature) they begin to regret the things they did to their bodies as teens, what kind of job or career are you going to gave with all these holes in your body?
You should take more time and think about it.

Yes tongue piercings are cool (I used to have one)
No it does not hurt
I have had other piercings too... & no it does not hurt..
Hope your old enuf to get those other piercings...
If you do get any other piercings...be sure to keep them clean cause there is always risk of getting an infection

I like tongue piercings... IT HURTS! You tongue will most probbaly be swallen for a few days.
