I had this same experience. Now I'm at 20 weeks and I'm beginning to feel the baby. That makes me feel really good, but I understand your concern completely. For me at 11 weeks the nausea and all of the sensitivity to smell was gone. I felt great and like you said, didn't feel pregnant. I didn't even gain much weight until the last couple weeks. I would just say to try not to worry (I know it's hard) and look forward to the day you first have the flutters or bubbles in your belly that are your baby moving. =-)

You are still early into your pregnancy, so be patient. Would you feel better if you were throwing up all day long? Just enjoy this time in your life. You will get bigger soon and once the baby starts moving around, you will feel like you are pregnant. At the end of your pregnancy, when you can't sleep or are so big that it is uncomfortable to do anything, you will wish you were back to now.

I feel the same. I am just over 14 weeks also. This is my 4th pregnancy and I still wonder. It really doesn't feel real until you feel baby move and kick. At that time you usually start to show a bit more which also makes it feel more real. The scan should reassure you. Good luck I hope you have a happy pregnancy and fast L&D. ;)

HAHA you sound like I did! I used to say, "Sometimes I forget I'm pregnant." I didn't feel pregnant until I was about 5 months. Enjoy it. Also, EVERY smell made me want to throw up but I never did.

I wouldn't be worried. At 20 weeks the baby will be moving and you will feel more pregnant.

every pregnancy is different, and some have more severe symptoms than others. give it another month or two, and the changes are going to be very obvious to you. just be thankful that you're not spending your days hunched over a toilet like i did with my first one. good luck!
