you know how when you ask a question on here and on the page where you see all of the questions....you can see how many people answered the question..... but when you click to see the answers there are actually twice as many answers than previously indicated......
Are women like that.... when they say there are only so many sexual partners....but, there are usually 2x as many?

Most women feel that information is private, it's not really lady like to be discussing that with a man. The man may feel that any number of partners that she may have had makes her a bad person. Then we also know the next question that comes after that one is, so, honey am I the best you've ever had?? It's right about then that a woman wants to run screaming from the room asking, are you really that insecure???
Oh wait is that like if a woman has more partners that you
would have liked her to have, then she is a terrible person. ( Attempt at being politically correct, since I hate that word. )
But if you'd have had the same amount of partners then you are the Star/ little stud muffin/the guy or the big man on campus or what ever you think it makes you.
However, I feel if a man has had a lot of partners he is just as bad as a he him self would paint a woman out to be. He deserves to be call the same thing as a woman would be called. What is the differance since it took a man to help make her that to begin with, she couldn't do it all by her self.
I say this because no woman gets to be such a thing with out the help of a man. So that if a woman can be that, then so can a man. And either way it is nasty!!!
I would be willing to bet and I'm an not a betting woman. But I'd be willing to bet that women never ask questions like that, since it is such a horrible invasion of a presons privacy. I hate when a man starts to want to play let grill you like a steak and ruin the moment of what we just shared. Hello!!

When a man says 3 it usually means 1. When a woman says 1 it usually means 2. The larger the number for a woman the more she will lie. I would say twice as many would be about right, unless you realy have a good woman, who you can tell is still pure. I was very promiscuous as a teenager, so I lie when asked. Good Luck!

Does it really matter how many people someone has slept with??? Why does this question always come up??? You can't change someone's sexual past, so why take a tally, anyway? It may be just me....but this makes no sense...don't ask and don't tell....the only thing we are obligated to share is if we have some kind of disese...other than that, I don't want to know!

Man, no woman is going to want you to really know how many sexual partners she has had. It's bad news if we tell and its not fair of you to ask. See, its a status symbol if a guys been around, but if a girl has, people think less of her. Let her keep her integrity. If your worried about how you compare, you shouldn't. What's most important is whether or not you both are enjoying your time together.

I try not to give a number. I give a vague range.....more than I can count on one hand but less than I can count on all my fingers and toes!! If pressed to give an actual answer I would probably lie by a few but not by half.
I don't think most guys really want to know the truth!!

alot of women are like this because we have all had a promiscuous stage once in our lives. I think the thing is... it makes a woman look "easy" or slutty when she is honest about it. It seems, though, that it's ok for men to have many partners, but for women--oh, no...she's a whore!

yes we are usually. if you already know of some thats all th esome you will know about. i lie dto my husband about 2 less because he ended up knowing them and i didnt know how to tell him then. now if he found out it would turn into something totally differnt than just shaving 2 peopel off the 3 people list i told him. now he might think i had something else going with them or soemthing. one lie only adds up to two lies and up.
almost 2 times what i told him. lol

I know of a lady who behaves exactly as you described. She is presently having sex with two different guys. None of them knows there is another guy in the picture.
Yet there are sincere women too so don't be too hard on them.

i don't think that it's anyone's business how many sexual partners someone has.
everyone is individual, and they make their own choices... if you have a girlfriend, and you ask her about her sexual past, you are intruding....
if someone wants you to know about their sexual past, they will tell you. don't be so nosy?
