get her 18 of anything you can afford.
something small or extremely big. not the scale difference. don't get her anything in between or big. it either has to be small or really big.
or you can give her a day out. tell her you'll take her out the whole day and spend time with her. take her places and buy her things. lunch dinner and anything.
i'd actually do that and i'm sure they'd love it. just make sure its all friendly and nothing more, unless you both have feelings for eachother

It depends on what your relationship is with her. If you're friends, suggest a movie and maybe give her a gift card for her favorite store. If you are g/f and b/f, take her out to dinner and give her flowers. If you have been together a while and you love her, tell her that if you haven't already, and give her some nice jewelry like a pair of birthstone earrings.
