I'm not talking about generators. Is there a website that I can make a layout from scratch?

maybe you can make it at first with the generator and accordng to the body of the HTML you may be able to change some things thatps how I did it, I first did it wit thomas my profile editor I didn`t like it so I started to read all the body and I changed the colors of the letters, as well as the background and it got pretty nice, just notice the words like this "Day" :)

Well you kinda have to be familiar with HTML coding and a graphics program such as Adobe Photoshop if you want to create your own myspace layout. If you are not familiar with either of these I would suggest using the free template ones that many websites offer.
