yes you can connect any speaker with built in amplifier.

The question is hard to understand (it's tough with a language barrier, and a technological barrier), however, if I think I understand correctly, you want to connect your 2.1 speaker system to your computer...as long as you have the three audio jacks on your computer in the rear of the PC, you want the green one.

Of course, you can connect normal stereo speakers to computer.
Nothing is wrong in that, but you'll need a special type of female connector & you'll get it in any electronics shop.
First plug the female connector in the audio port, and then attach the stereo speakers to the female connector.
It's very simple, I have already done this with my PC...

I am using a similar One on my computer. The system comes with a suitable connecting cable. With a normal earphone jack on one side and Audio jacks on the other.

the speaker must be an amplifying speaker, otherwise it will act as a headphone speaker.
