that you'd like to see posted on YA?
I thought since there seems to be so many complaints as to the quality of questions and posters as of late, why not suggest that we all do something about it. So, think of your great, burning and intelligent question, post it here, and then go ask it!

Anything less partisan than the usual fare.
Generally, I try not to post the opponent-baiting type of question, but the nasty ones seem to get more answers.
If I think of some good questions today I will post them.

Questions about the constitution are usually intelligent.
The problem with asking an intelligent question here is that most of the time it gets little to no response. I don't know if it's because most people here would rather answer divisive questions or they are just uneducated and don't know the answer.

Any question that gets us to think. That looks at the issues or presents genuine ideas. A second grader can name call and bash someone else. Education should not tell you what to think but rather teach you how to think.

In spite of your honorable request--and I sincerely admire your noble gesture--it ain't going to happen on YA. There are far too many narrow-minded questions and empty-headed answers.
Case in point: Psycho's answer.

I would only post an intelligent question if I was confident I would receive intelligent answers.

I think those complaints are valid. These wacks ask crazy questions and then report the answer as a violation.
I'd like to see Liberals really answer the question of whether they want the US to win against terrorism. And how they would go about it.

Oh people just love to complain. If they wanted actual intelligent questions they would quit whining and post them themselves. Its part of the lure of Y/A mock the question, complain about the question, whine you could do it better if only everyone else would, then sit back and call the opposition names.

An actual question would help, w/ links that are not bogus. Even when you ask simple questions, all you get back are answers that, in most cases, have nothing at all to do with your question.
