Depends on the Nature of your Reporting Complexity.
If you don't have many complications like formulas and all use the Data reports present in the Visual Studio design itself. It will suffice your needs and is simple and easy to use. Also the usage is in line with all its other Software so learning it wont be tough. If your Reports are expected to be programatic complexity then you can use Crystal reports which supports a rich and high end designing for reports.Create a template and use VB to connect to this Report Template and generate Dynamic reports as per your need. Learning Curve here is higher (if you need to program your reporting for Special tasks like Invoices/Tax Calculation reports etc) as you need to know Crystal Report. Choose based on your requirements.

You can design a report form in the developers area, or you can use an outside add on such as Crystal Reports or Quick Report. You can also use WORD templates and use Word to display and print your report or document. Just pass the bookmarks as variable to the template.
