Where can I rent a cheap but nice limo? FL?

I understand limos are not cheap. What I am asking is whcih company has the best price? I realize it's going to be over a thousand for a few hours....

There are no such things as nice and cheap limo. Limos depending on the vehicle and the size have different rates. Normal auto limos start out around $500 an hour, and the stretch limos, well sounds like you can't even afford but those start at around $1000 per hour. If you want something cheap, rent a nice car for a couple of days.
