i can collect debts it is all the other stuff i need to know

These days Debt Collection is very difficult - everyone is entering into IVA's and going Bankrupt...
However I guess some opportunities might still exist for an enterprising person.
What you need to do is get a Job with an existing Debt Collection Agency - the smaller the better ..where you can 'learn the ropes' and then, after a few years experience, you can set up on your own.

Have a really, really crappy attitude, and offer no customer service at all. In my experience, that's all you need to work in a debt recovery company.
