Kodak easyshare z650 usb problem?

did anyone with this camera have this problem ? :
i put the usb cable into the camera & into the computer but it doesnt make a sound to show its connected neither does it transfer the pictures do you know the solution ?

Switch on the camera after connecting the cable. Scanning and Camera wizard should start.

same for me. i did just as suhasis (sp?) said.. big nothing. only the 2nd time i've used the #&*@$% thing, too! prolly have to go to their support. i'm just gonna have my pic printed off somewhere i reckon.
