I don't think you will find a tutor in Yahoo Answers who will come all the way to your house and help you! But you can ask questions here and let other people help you! I can help you if you want and I am really good at math because I am Chinese and Chinese People are excellent in Math. And I like Math!
I can help your social studies too! Cuz I really wanna improve my skills too!!

First of all, where are you? Certainly you do not expect tutors to know where you are or come to you without knowing where you are!
Second, you must be willing to pay your tutor at least a small amount. Send me a message and i'll see what i can do to help you. I'll need details like country, state and age.

Doesn't your school provide them? I would check into that. Local universities might have students that can earn credit tutoring and may not charge you for it. Call their academic development department.

Go.... ASAP.... to see your guidance counselor and explain your needs. That is why you have one. To help you when you need it. That is your responsibility to use them and theirs is to assist you.
He or she will find a student willing to help.
Tell your guidance counselor "granny said so"
