Study hard and think that the exam is easy, and be confident that you can answer correctly. Refrain from cheating, and pray to God that you can pass the test/exam. Good luck!

You don't specify whether you are a minor or an adult. In other words, are you at school, college, university or none of these?
Do you have to take exams? Depending on what subjects you are doing, you may be able to study for competence-based assessment qualifications. These are available for many subjects and skills.
You produce work throughout the year and if your work is of sufficient standard, you get a certificate.
The advantage of these is that you don't have the pressure of performing well on a set date. There is no mad and pressurised revision period. If on a given day you feel below par and work badly, there are always plenty of other days!
Another advantage is that it's not possible to be lazy; with an exam you can do hardly any work for almost a year and then cram everything in at the last minute (I've been there, done it and got top marks in exams). You have to work consistently throughout your course.
Depending on your circumstances, you may, however, have no say in the above and exams may be inevitable.
If that is the case, think of why you hate them (you don't tell us why). Think of them in a positive light; just think of the satisfaction of passing and having something to show off for your hard work.
If you start revising in good time, there should be less pressure as you will feel well-prepared.
How you revise is up to you; what works well for one person does not for another. Seek advice, join revision clubs, buy revision guides, work with peers (it's more fun and you can help each other), look online (the BBC is a good source if you are at school).
Good luck!

Just try and relax, dont' cram all at one time to study, I in school and college experienced what they refer to as "test freeze" I could know the material upside down and sideways when in a study goup and we were asking each other questions, but sit me down and put the paper in front of me and wham...it all went out of my mind. A teacher taught me mind relaxation techniques, think of the positive, maintain a positve attiute towards the subject, close your eyes, a few times during the exam deep breaths and picture in your mind your study group and how easy the answers came to you then. It will make it a little easier. The more you dread them the harder they will be, so as hard as it is just try and relax, you will do better than you think. Good luck and relax! Another idea and it sounds silly, if you have one of those small tension foam balls and can hold it in one hand squeezing that will help take your mind off some of your stress while taking the exam, just make sure it is ok for you to have one in the class
PS Make sure and eat before your test if you are hungry you are not as sharp and don't drink a lot of caffeine to make you even more jittery

Go to a study counselling center - they have special courses that teach you how to deal with exam stress.
