Vanilla Ice is the best rapper of all time.
I'm messing with you, but I seriously didn't like either of them. I actually think Snoop is the best. He can freestyle anything. Check out Red Light Green Light from Limp Bizkit.

I listen to more Biggie than Tupac, 'cause Biggie is more chill. Well, I don't know. Biggie was just as raw in ready to die, imo. But, tupac, man. He just has a way of putting words together that just sound violet; you wouldn't even have to know what he's sayin'!
Like, "How do you want it?" The first time I heard it, I didn't understand half the thing he was saying, but I was feelin' it.

agreed biggie could throw it down with any flow and get u hooked...pac could relate to anyone though but yet biggie could just make u wanna hear that **** again and again
