They better not....I am obsessively obsessed with Jack McCoy (its the whole scowling brow and salt&pepper hair thing) and I am positive I have seen every episode ever made!

They totally can't cancel this show!

I don't think they are, I think I read it was renewed for another couple years......L & O: SVU has been renewed too!

Keep watching! Maybe they'll leave it alone....

I love Law & Order the original and the others and I was an avid viewer but the shows are getting redicilous. Ripped from the headlines. They are going to do an Anna Nicole show. It is heading to the end. We have to face it. When a show has been on for over a decade they have to run out of ideas eventualy. If Brisco was still on it, it would be a different story, but without Lenny, I don't even watch on a regular basis anymore.

It looks like both Law and Order and CI will be gone forever after this year, and if not both, I'm afraid its move to the Friday night grave is a definite sign it will not be returning. Reruns shows all the time though, and there are plenty of CBS dramas to get your lawyer fix with.

They probably will. L&O has been on since 1990 - probably close to a record for a "cop drama". Even more to the point, moving a show to Friday night is like the kiss of death and is only usually given to shows the network expects to cancel.

I get TV Guide e newsletter every day in my mailbox. The ratings are way down &
they are considering canceling the show. They are talking about it and trying to
find a way of not having to cancel it. I don't know about you, but I enjoy the show
and will miss it if they do cancel it. It's looking more and more like it will be gone.
