Sure, they might be the best team in the East, but there is no way the Pistons can beat teams like Dallas, Phoenix or Utah in a seven game series, they're just not deep enough nor do they have the offensive weapons. Dallas, Phoenix and Utah have at least 6 viable scoring options, but Detroit has 4 on a good day.

I got them going to the East Finals but losing to the Bulls in 7. But i just hope they knock off the Heat cause i'm a hater now. I don't like to HATE but the heat need to lose. The Pistons got Webber and Wallace, but for some reason i think next year they need KG and let Webber go or retire. KG in Detroit! Oh Man!!

Pistons are not weak, they are very strong. Are they the best in the Eastern Conference? If they beat LeBron and Co. than they are.

Pistons are the best team in the east,but...a BIG BUT east has been so much weaker than the west the last couple years...look for a west team to win it all (Suns)

i've always believed that the pistons will go all the way to the finals even when big ben left... the addition of chris webber just made its bench deeper... the core of their past championship winning team is still intact...

Maybe just a little light on the bench but with the addition of an inspired Chris Webber they become one of the teams to beat for sure!
