i now seem to get a new spot everyday, roughly having around 8 or 9 spots at one time, is there anything i can do?

This could be a reaction to the instant change in hormone levels when stop the pill. It should settle down within 3 to 4 months. If not i'd speak to your doctor as it may be the development of adult acne which has been kept at bay till now by the contraceptive pill.

I got here off the pill in July after 4 years to attempt for a infant. Had 3 sessions earlier I conceived yet they were so abnormal- oftentimes per week overdue and very short. After 8 yrs on the pill that's going to take your body a at the same time as to come back to a 'organic' cycle.

Its probably the body rebalancing the hormones in your body - The pill is sometimes given to people who get spots as it can get rid of them.
it can also take a year for the pill to get out of your body, so you might just have to wait it out.
but keep your skin meticulously clean and get lots of fresh air and sunshine and it will get better soon.
