Probably your best bet is a good pattern of beads of Liquid Nails laid down on the roof before applying the subfloor. Let it cure thoroughly, and then you can just build up from there attaching everything to the subfloor. For a full rooftop size floor, you will probably use three to four caulking gun size tubes of Liquid Nails. I have, though, seen some super large contractor use tubes of the stuff for use in extra large caulking guns. They are likely to be available at contractor suppliers. Probably two of those would be more than enough for a really good bond. Thing is, Liquid Nails is totally waterproof when cured, so it should be an excellent, long lasting solution

I cannot shed a lot of light on the problem apart from suggesting that you wait until your car roof gets dirty enough to sow grass seed, when the grass has taken hold sufficiently mark out the shed size in the grass and dig down and put in some concrete footings, 2 feet should be enough, bolt your shed to this, frame fixers should be adequate. I hope this helps.

Try using "U" bolts available at hardware stores. Be careful through, most vehicle roofs are rated at less than 300lbs, so when you go to park that beer gut up there, you may end up in the back seat. (I say beer gut, because you got to be loaded to think up and actually try something like this. Get a trailer)

You should have used sky hooks and used a rubber hammer to fix the shed to the top of your car.
