If you can't motivate yourself, it won't work.
Try this
Chicken, fish, fruit and vegetables, and lots and lots of water. Oh ya, coffee is OK, just use splenda and NO milk. THAT'S IT, NOTHING ELSE.
You will lose 20 to 30 lbs a month. There now, THAT'S MOTIVATION. Start exercising, once you have your target weight, start mixing in some of the other food you like, but keep up the exercising.
Good luck

I'll be your diet buddy if you want. Its always easier when you have someone doing it with you. I am starting a new diet today after weeks of reading up on several different diets and exercise programs. We could email each other daily and tell each other what we ate and what we did as far as exercise. ???? Just a thought...

If you want to live a longer healthy life, it would be to your benefit to lose a few pounds and a start exercise program. Do it for the people that love you and want to keep you around. And if you don't want to do it for them, then do it for yourself!
Good luck!

I would string a burger up in front of a treadmill and make you run until I wanted to have sex with you...If that was a failure I would ask you if you had a sister

hmm.. I'd tell you to be hapy with your body. If you are not happy with it how it is right now, then change it. Figure out what you need to do and do it.

No. You have to be tired of it yourself. Change comes from within.
