San Jose Sharks.
They have a solid team with one of the best powerplays and one of the best 1-2 punch players in Marleau and Thornton. They have 2 starting goaltenders in Nabby and Vesa. They have depth, youth and size. They upgraded their defense by adding experience and leadership with Craig Rivet. They also added another awesome winger in Bill Guerin to add to their arsenal of attacks! They are on a small winning streak right now with Nabokov just scorching hot, and they will put it all together and make a run for the Stanley Cup.

The Minnesota Wild. They are one of the hottest teams. They struggled early on the road, but recently are almost unbeatable on the road. They still have one of the best home records too. They also are getting healthy and now have a goaltending battle because they have 2 solid goaltenders. Some playoff teams, Pittsburgh being one, has many question marks in goal. In playoff games, teams do not win if they can't play defense. The best defender is the goaltender. That is why the Minnesota Wild win.

I think the Minnesota Wild will surprise fans this year and win the Cup! They have balanced scoring, great defense & most importantly, great goaltending! They're playing the best I've ever seen them right now & I think that momentum will carry over into the playoffs!!

Well I'm a Penguins fan but I have to say the Devils are probably the team to beat in the East.

of course Anaheim is going to win. They owned Ottawa IN Ottawa final night, and appear as if they are in complete administration of the sport. this is going to be rather confusing for Ottawa to return returned.
