do you know if the supreme court of the philippines will give another amnesty to simulated birth cert? when?

the amensty was given last feb 25, 1998 (effectivity of 5 yrs).

The supreme court of the Philipppines is not in a position to grant amnesty. They are just the final arbiter of Philippines Laws.

It is usually the executive or the legistlative (by making a law) that can grant an amnesty.
