Why do people say that masturbating can make your penis bigger? Is this true? Has it been proven false? I'm 15 and I have 5 inches.

People say that masturbation your penis bigger because they start masturbating in puberty, and their penis gets bigger in puberty. But if you didn't masturbate, it would get bigger anyway.
Most men reach full adult size around 16, but there's lots of variation, so you may or may not get bigger. But 5 inches is typical. Surveys that rely on self reporting, or measuring volunteers that choose to be measured, suggest the average adult erection is around 6 inches. But measurements done in medical studies, which really capture everybody, have an average around 5 inches. Even at 15 you're already bigger than half of adults.

nope, it's not true. you'll get what you get. learn to appreciate what you have that take care of yourself. on the upside, you're only 15, so you have a few more years of potential growth.
