if i want to be a call center employee, what job description must i have ?

Pretend to be what ur not ,fake a accent,fake a attitude,play by the rules and u wud be a successful,call centre rep

Depends on the call center. Generally speaking minimal typing speed of 25-30 WPM with at least 90% accuracy. The ability to read, write and speak english effectivley with a good conversational phone voice, not an operator tone. Also keep in mind the program you call on can change very often and could also switch from inbound to outbound. A knack for sales and upselling doesn't hurt either.

To answer incoming calls,gather customer information,be able to input data into the computer syatem off of spreadsheets,perform as needed outbound calls as directed. Be able to perform under pressure & be kind to the customer at all times since the customer service part is vital to your companys bottom line as well as your reputation with your employer.

I would think that would fall into the category of customer service rep . I think anyway could be wrong . good luck .
