I dont really have bad credit just slow.but im from a small town so i have to do most things on the net.All i can seem to find are american sites.I need to find one in canada.Thanks

I'm a mortgage broker from Edmonton, Alberta. If you were looking for mortgage financing I may be able to help. One tip that I can offer is that some companies offer loans with a low interest, but be careful they will hit you with a high fee to make up for the lost revenue from the low interest. Remember over 60% interest is considered illegal, so ask how much the fees and the interest combined will eventually work out as an annual interest rate. You could end up pay ing dearly if you are not careful
