my team is sourcing business from some data being provided to it...but of late, i have realised that there is a possibility that some of them are forwarding the leads to competition...for more money...how do i identify these members and how do i ensure this doesn't happen any more???

I do not know if you can do this or not but could you be able to make up a phony portfolio of leads that is close to being as real as possible. Is there anyone on your team that you do not suspect of doing this and eliminate them from your inquiry?
Can you put a tracer onto the email as a way of identifying it as a means to pinpoint your suspects and keep it for your eyes only on your computer database? From those you suspect , are you able to make sure your cover is not blown by your friends even if it is by accident? What I would also do would be to give credible information to all of them and the ones you suspect, add a couple pieces of information that are not true to theirs and trace that piece of information.Sometimes you need to make cheese a little more tasteful to catch the best rats and not make them suspicious of you. I would not feel bad for they are your competitors and they are not good co-workers but also remember to reward faithfulness would increase morale and possibly and hopefully decrease disloyalty and dishonesty.
