last time i asked this i got mixed answers like "it starts on the inside and u can see that when ur burning a disc" well thats burning a disc not an xbox trying to read a game, i dont know if its all the same or what, help me out.
plz answer if u truly know the answer, not on what u think. thnx

Starts inside and goes outside.

They tell you about burning a disc because a player reads a disc in the same direction it gets burnt. Why would you burn something backwards? You can tell that the disc spins faster at start and slows down the further into the read because the motor turning can cover the same surface area with the wider outer rings at a lower speed. The further out the laser reads, the wider the rings are, the slower the motor turns to read the same amount of data.
