when we argue, since we are now dirrerent school, she still haunts me at tuition, she also can haunt me by calling me or sms me,.........duh!!!!!

Just be honest with her and tell her that since you're at different schools and it seem as though the 2 of you aren't really getting along that maybe your friendship should end. Tell her how she haunts you and how that makes you feel. Even if she doesn't accept the ending of the friendship you don't have to take her calls or respond back to her that's just covering you so when she says why are you not talking to me she already knows you've decided to end your friendship with her.

Don't flat out tell her that it's over. Just see less and less of her. Don't make a scene...Just drift.
