If I insert one, he start to push and force it back out.
I tried often, but he always push it back.
Is there anything, what I can do to keep it in?
Anyone knows??

Well first have you given him apple juice, that usually does the trick. One ounce for every month of age. I've never given a suppository so can't help you there. You should consult your pediatrician.

Once you insert the suppository, hold you finger there and put his legs down. Babies don't know what is going on so you have to be demanding. Once the pain of the insetion pass he will not push it out. Sometimes the suppository will not desolve completely so when you change him and see that the suppository is out and it looks a little smaller or different that means that it worked.

The best way is to insert it and hold it there until the urge for him to push it out passes.

lay him down on a bag and wear gloves. its a natural reflex for them to do that. just hold it steadty and they should go to the bathroom like right away. that is why u r using them, right? thats what we did. dont put it in all the way. just half way and hold his legs.

Well if he can push it back out then his bowls are working. Just give him some prune juice and it will help soften it up.
