..."because M is insistent with asking me to inform you, E and I are engaged"...and why engaged instead of telling me she is getting married...its all too weird. Using my son as an excuse...the engagement...refuses to even speak with me about it...there is no violence in the past...no abuse...no restraining orders...when I returned to town after being away for 8 months...speaking to her on a regular basis over the ohone from afar...there was no problem...until I moved back for my son...then immediately there was no more coming through the door...she demanded curbside pickup/drop off...garnished my wages instead of me paying her directly...no converations on the phone...and I could no longer play with my son in the immediate vacinity of her house when it was a second home for all three of us before I moved..we shared two homes for 2 years after the divorce...and it worked out fine..until I moved back...I was no threat to her moving back..from my point...is there some truth she is hiding

She has said, "I feel more comfortable leaving him with you when I travel, even more than my own family. I am able to be more free at work knowing he is with you"...she has called me a good father. "you became more of a caring father after we split up then when we were together"...she just doesn;t get it...I was too busy building...but she is angry I think because we never moved back to her country...as we agreed we would do...it failed...then she was pregnant...so she tried to abduct him...and got caught and I had to go through two courts to get him back...that was 5 years ago...now I feel she is abducting him legally....but she is always so angry...she sends me nasty email...attacking me...baseless allegations..all BS...it's all so angry..with the new finace" I would think life would be bliss for her...he's a well to do banker with lots of toys and houses...they are traveling alot recently...so where the h$%^ is her problem...

She's a selfish biatch and trying to punish you for some reason, or she is just crazy. I have two little girls, and even though I have custody, when my husband retired from the military, I agreed to do shared custody, so he has them a week, and I have them a week. It killed me at first because I was always their sole provider, but I knew it was best for them to spend time with their daddy, just as they do me.
Now, having said that, let me point out that he is an excellent father, probably the best I have ever known. He is also an excellent man, but we just weren't good together. I have no reservations or worries about them being with him, even when he takes them to Aruba or Hawaii, Disney World, etc. Is she worried about you as a father or person? I'm just asking because I don't know you. Otherwise, as I said, she is crazy, bitter, mean, or something!

The fact is that she has moved on with her life and has a new man in it now. She is setting up the framework for their getting married and that includes you not just walking in the door, etc. She is also trying to make your divorced relationship more formal (you are the one that moved away) so that if you move again their will be no question of child support etc.
