Go to the yahoo homepage click mail and sign up for an account enter all the relevant data when it asks for your email address enter it to see if its available. If it is proceed to checkout-lol, if its isn't make up something else or use one of the suggested ones.
If you already have that account and want to view your e-mail login in and then go to My Mail
