I have a 11,000kb presentation that I need to email, and I need step by step directions on how to zip it. I'm a squench slow, lol.
Programs to download? Options to pick? Yeah...I'm THAT computer literate.

What operating system do you have? XP? If so, right click on the file, and select Send to ---> Compressed (zipped) folder. Then boom, it's zipped!

Just save it.
if winzip is installed in your PC, right click on this file icon. and click on winzip option -> add to zip file....
or open any this type of software... open your file.
and find option to compress it .

if you got XP right click on desktop click new then compressed zip folder! then drag and drop presentation to that zip folder!! if not xp winzip.......
