Here is the method to solve it.
use one of the equation to get the value of one unknown interms of 2 unknowns.
For example 2 can be easily solved for x.
x = 2y-3z-8.

Substitute this X in equation 1 and 3.
That is Eq. 1 will become 3(2y-3z-8)-2y-2z = -11
Simplifying this you have : 4y-7z=13.

Simplify equation 3 similarly.
Now you have 2 equations with 2 variables .
Solve them simultaneously and get the values of y and Z.
Substitute these in your X solution of x = 2y-3z-8 to get the value of X.
