open the minute i go into the garden and then close it when i am gone and flings it open again the minute she hears me back, i feel like smacking her head in, i dont, like her at all, she is getting me evicted and told loads of lies and done horrible things, i would not t hit her but feel like giving her a good pasting, she is a headbanger

I've dealt with nosey ones like her...
My husband and I were studying martial arts, in our yard...neighbors called authorities.
We dug up under the house (making repairs) and the neighbors came to the conclusion that we had a weapons cache under there. (I'm not so stupid to keep it on my property...lol)....anyway...we had a few visits from helicopters (nose down...scanning) in early morning hours....then it was people in our cow field squatting down.
During all this my telephone kept "clicking" and it sounded like there was another line open.
They did'nt have to ravage my home...but they did, when I went to college.
We affixed a trip-wire with a small charge, at our gate. Brought the dog in...of course.
Somebody got burned....there was hand prints in the dirt at the blast site.

When I was a forklift truck driver one of the ladies on the production lines (I ferried goods to) used to hate me and laugh when I made mistakes and so on. One day I went to speak to her and she told me her grievances about me. I explained some of her misconceptions about me and we eventually became friends.
I like to tackle problems head on when I can. Don't think about hurting her or anyone else. Its not worth it and all it wil ldo is make trouble for you. Maybe she hates you for some reason that will collapse when she tries to explain it to you?

Maybe you have misunderstood her.... she maybe very lonely and is opening the door to you looking for someone to talk to. Extend the hand of friendship, and if she accepts..... great! If not, at least you tried! GOOD LUCK

have you ever waved at her or spoke to her?
well my mother says this is absolutely wrong but
if some one doesn't like me or stares at me i will smile real big at them and wave (it really makes them mad) usually
