Women, I wrote a love note to my wife (steamy) and she throws it away and calls it obscene. It hurts?

I was reading Song of Solomon a couple of nights ago and had an inspiration to write to her and open up to how much I love her and makes me crazy. Nothing explicit, except for saying "you're bottom is like a peach that I love to hold and gently touch" and "How our love together will be like a rainstorm". "how the rain going down from the high point to the low point of a mountain is like how my hands will feel around your breasts". "How the lightning is like when I go into your body over and over" "How the thunder is like the shouts of pleasure as I go into you." "How I want to present all of me to you to show you my nakedness and how much you excite me" "How I want you to lool into the window of my soul". "How I want to KNOW you" "How I want to give you my strength". This is not obscene. I feel totally rejected and hurt. We are separated now and I miss her. I need her. I want her. Won't she love me

Hello there.
It is really hard to reply to something like this over the Internet. It would be alot easier if I could actually talk to you and ask you questions.
I am sorry that you received so many unkind replies. People can be very cruel and I do not understand their need to be unkind to you.
What you wrote to your wife did not sound corny or obscene to me. Your wife is either very easily offended or there is more to the story than what you know about. Perhaps that is not the reason that she left at all. Have you thought about that? Maybe she was planning on leaving all along and was just waiting for you to give her an excuse.
Most women would be thrilled to death if their husband wrote them any kind of a love note, no matter what it said! My ex-husband used to leave me love notes and it never failed to touch my heart. I don't know why she responded the way she did but I do know that there is certainly more to the story than what you are relaying. If you sit down and think about it I am sure that you can figure out other things that were not going real well.

So you are now separated because you wrote this note? Wow that's pretty extreme to me. I would think that a woman would like to know that a man is thinking of her in these ways. But if it truly displeases her maybe you can find some common ground on the issue to get her back into your life. Sounds to me like there may be other issues in the relationship. I wish you luck.

Ouch, I feel sorry for you.

But if she feels that way about it, it perhaps wasn't the best idea to put the exact wording on the internet.

Try to patch things up with her, write her another letter explaining your motives and that you didn't mean it to be obscene and that you love her and want her.

She's clearly in the wrong here, but I guess all you can do is make the best of things and not write her notes like that anymore.

WOW......that's pretty hot, but tasteful. I would have loved it if my husband wrote that for me. It's just describing what you want to do to your wife, which is Make Love to her in a sensual and seductive way. She is very shallow minded and sounds like a stick in the mud.

You guys dont sound too compatible to me for her to find that offensive. You want her but you dont need her. If she doesnt want to be with you, you can not MAKE her. You have to find the strength to move on.
