I know this will sound ridiculous to you, but stay positive.

The fact that you have hope for the future is good. Things will get better.

As for the girl, it may be best to wait a while until you feel a bit better in yourself? Having a girlfriend will not solve any of your problems, and you will be a better partner yourself if you feel more stable.

It's good that you have the internet at least. You can find many online forums dealing with mental health and social issues. It can be comforting to know that you're not the only one who feels like this sometimes...

What have you actually done to get out of this vicious cycle? You need some stability, to take control of your own life. A job, would really help you, I promise. Or just a general social group, which'll help you meet people.
You shouldn't have to rely on the love of a girl for your happiness.
However, if you want a girl like that so badly - then it is entirely up to you, to get out there and meet someone!
You need to take control.
Plus, there are people out there that are in far far worse situations - watch BBC1 at 19.00 on Friday, and you'll see for yourself.
Now, that isn't supposed to be an insult - it's supposed to empower you!
If I'm ever upset, like, an argument with a family member or break-up with a boyfriend, I'll say to myself "I could be far worse" and I puts everything into perspective. I become far more greatful for my own situation and therefore more positive.
I agree with the other dude: remain positive!

I'm not being rude, but tell the world to f**k off and do your own thing, hopefully you will feel better. The more you try the harder it becomes. Let nature take it's course. If that doesn't work find a better psychiatrist.
