My guess is that you are asking whether Mars will like the Earth. I think it could support some form of life (maybe already does) because there's increasing evidence that there is water on Mars. There are organisms on Earth that live in environments similarly harsh as to what exists on Mars. But, the dearth of oxygen on Mars makes it unlikely that it can support most of the organisms that live on Earth.

Doubtful. Man will probably have to live underground.

It is believed there isn't enough gravity to support an atmophere of our density.

There will also not be enough climate difference to create the same type of water cycle.
