Well, there are many factors. Given that the fight is taking place in the Himalayas, that's one to the polar bear. Second, it's about the crowd. If you're selling tickets, it'll go to the grizzly. Then, of course, is it in a Himalayan wrestling ring? If so, another to the grizzly. Lest we forget the necessary boxing gloves. One to the polar. Finally, what about socks? Are the bears wearing socks? If so, another to the polar. Therefore, the polar bear wins 3-2.

Polar Bear. They are a little larger and a more aggressive animal. Polar Bear is probably the most dangerous land carnivorous mammal on the planet. It would be a close fight though.
