Stop seeing the world as a threat.
Your anger is a response to your world view. This world view that we have seems to be reality to us, but It is just a judgment that we make and it can be changed.

Realize that anger is more than often misplaced. What we're feeling is hurt or frustrated. Do you expect or demand people or events to go certain ways? Because if you do, you will be nothing but disappointed. We are not so much bothered by people and events as much as we are by our views, our perceptions. Some fav. quotes-
"My happiness is in the hands of any fool that makes me angry".
"A man is a fool who can't be angry, but a man is wise who won't be".
"When we hate our enemies, we are giving them power over us: power over our thoughts, power over our sleep, power over our appetites, our health and our happiness. They live rent-free in our minds".
"Our own sufferings, displayed as anger, is a desperation".
"Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves".
"Be not angry that you cannot make others as you wish them to be, since you cannot make yourself as you wish to be".
"A hurtful act is the transference to others of the degradation which we bear in ourselves".
Hope some of these help. I ruined years of my life being angry, hurting myself and the people who love me. Until we take full responsibility for our lives and seek truth we will never really know peace and harmony, and give ourselves a chance to live like we know we should. Take care!

I took a long time to develop this technique, and hurt a lot of people in the process.
Just tell yourself "if this isn't something I cannot take care of RIGHT NOW, i will not worry about it".
Or
"If this is not something I do not have any control over, I WILL NOT get upset about it."
It takes practice, but you will get the hang of it. Good luck!

He who loses his temper usually loses.
All men have burnt toast for breakfast now and then, and that he shouldn't take the others fellow's grouch too seriously.
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. Smile :)

In some situation, anger can be related to stress. If you get angry easily that means you're stressed out. relax yourself, think of something that you like ie : games, t.v shows.
It worked out fine for me.....
