One of my faborite sayings is " Age is not the years of your life, but the life in your years." What do you think? Is this true?

Ofcourse . One may live for many long years .But the thing which will make his life an meaningful one depend on the good things he has done in his life .Actually the time we spent in helping others [ family members , friends as well as strangers ]only count as real life and the rest is only wasted time .

no it is not true .your age is a matter of days not the experances in that lifes years
