When i was 15 i was 5 inch, then i stayed like that tell about 17 and a half, maybe grow tell about 5.25, now im 18 and its just about 5.5, maybe al ittle more or less, depending on the day, so i guess you maybe like me, but who knows, your already average, and maybe you havnt hit your growth spurt yet, give it time and dont be sad, your sizes is fine.

If you started getting pubic hair at 11 and you're height growth spurt at 13, you're probably at your full adult size. But if you started later, and are still growing in height, are just starting to get hair on your abdomen or armpits, your penis may grow some more. And as I said in another post, you're already average, so anything more you get is gravy.

let me pull out the pie graph to take a look...and....welp, judging by the way the graph looks, I would say....i dont know. A good deal though, I hit my growth spirt around 15 or 16, so i got taller both in height, and in los pantalones...
